I will regularly post items that are made by me, plants that I grow and interesting things that I photograph.
I remember watching my grandmother sleeping on a ceramic pillow. I think that pillow is at home with mom. This one is showcased at the Shanghai Museum. I cannot imagine sleeping on a pillow like this but it is a beautiful work of art.
I've read about these and seen photos before but I still find it difficult to imagine sleeping on one. But this comes from a teenager who slept with juice can rollers in her hair....so I'm sure it's possible! You just have to be young enough to tolerate it and know how to adapt, I guess.
I dont think I fancy it either, although its a beautiful object must be worth a lot of money to be in the meseum.
