Labor No. 11

On page 20 of this book is this lovely pattern of a table runner. I made just four four repeats. Tatted in Cebelia Size 20 in Ecru. The design element that appears with many repeats is very pleasing to the eye.

  3. This is so expertly tatted (as is all your work) that at first I thought it might be one motif digitized to make four, just for a visual effect! You're so skilled at keeping the single threads perfectly spaced! Are there several designers or only one in this book? I know Diane did the amazing doily on the cover! It seems to be called Labor No. 10, although it deserves a prettier name!

    1. I think the designers aren't listed. The book is in Spanish?

  4. This is very beautiful, has that look of the spiderweb one that the blog "tatting all over the place" does, it is from a vintage book. I will have to check out this book, look like fun!

  6. Tatting with one shuttle can be very relaxing. But how do you keep the bare threads soo regular? Pretty pattern.
